Export

The tool provides the possibility to export the results to a XLSX (Excel) or CSV file. It is possible to define multiple templates (see No. 1) that can be thought of like sheets in spreadsheets. By clicking on download (see No. 2), a Excel file with the defined sheets in downloaded. Alternative, each template can be downloaded separately (see No. 3).

The export is available for different types. The name will be set as sheet name. It is possible to restrict the resulting table to include only applicable items.

The columns of each table can be customized. It must be selected what content is added to the column (see No. 4) and a column header defined. Columns can be added or removed (see No. 5).

It is possible to preview the result. Temporary, it is possible to define a filter to restrict the exported items. Note that this filter is not saved and therefore the Excel download shows all items regardless of the filter.
